ProgressiveTraction® technology takes center stage in this showcase, reflecting how tire innovation continues to drive progress in modern farming by enhancing traction and operational efficiency, alongside solutions developed to meet the evolving demands of agricultural operations, which increasingly combine fieldwork and road transport.
Addressing the evolving needs of modern agriculture
Agricultural operations in Brazil are becoming increasingly demanding, with higher loads, mixed field and road usage, and continuous working cycles—particularly in segments such as sugarcane. In this context, tires are evolving from an operational component into a strategic factor influencing productivity, fuel efficiency, and cost per hectare.
Trelleborg’s latest tire innovations are designed to support this transformation, helping farmers and operators improve performance while preserving soil structure and optimizing operational efficiency.
At the center of the portfolio is the TM1000 ProgressiveTraction® (on show in size VF 710/70R42 PFO 184D), designed for high-horsepower tractors. The tire combines VF and PFO technologies with the ProgressiveTraction® tread design, enabling increased load capacity, enhanced traction, and optimized footprint for reduced soil stress under working conditions.
The TM1000 ProgressiveTraction® tire is widely recognized as original equipment on premium tractor brands such as Fendt, and at Agrishow it will be displayed together with a Trelleborg wheel, highlighting a fully integrated OE solution.
TM800 PowerFlex: performance in the field and on the road
A key highlight at Agrishow is the TM800 PowerFlex (on show in size VF 710/70R38TL 178D), introduced to the Brazilian market to support agricultural operations that combine fieldwork and transport.
The solution integrates VF-PFO construction with ProgressiveTraction® technology and features a central rib inspired by road tire design. This combination enables high loads at low speeds in the field, while ensuring stability, handling, and efficiency during transport.
Field and road tests have demonstrated up to 20% more traction under specific test conditions, along with an optimized footprint that contributes to reduced soil stress and improved self-cleaning properties. On the road, the tire delivers lower rolling resistance, enhanced driving comfort, and extended service life, supporting reduced fuel consumption and a lower total cost of ownership.
Expanding advanced technologies across the portfolio
The portfolio is further strengthened with the TM200 (VF 440/65R28), making its debut in Brazil at Agrishow 2026 and extending the benefits of ProgressiveTraction® technology to additional agricultural applications.
Completing the lineup is the TM900 ProgressiveTraction® (710/70R42 175D), designed for high-power tractors and demanding operations, delivering enhanced grip, efficiency, and durability.
