PROMOTING COMPANY

This initiative, called "Complete the survey and win a TLC Plus kit", is a prize competition promoted by Trelleborg Wheel Systems Germany Gmbh based in Helmholtzstraße 1, 64711 Erbach, Germany, registration number HRB 71478, website www.Trelleborg.com/wheels/de.

TERRITORY

This initiative will take place in the following countries: Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Russia, Belgium, Holland, UK, Austria and Poland.

VALIDITY PERIOD

The prize competition will start on the 10th of June and will end on the 10th of July. The final draw will be held by July 30th.

OBJECT OF THE COMPETITION

The competition is intended to promote a Trelleborg product and its performance within the agriculture business.

RECIPIENTS (hereinafter "Recipients")

The competition is open to all professional farmers of the above-mentioned countries whose contacts are available in the CRM of the Company.

COMMUNICATION

The competition will be communicated through emails sent to the recipients.

MECHANICS AND METHOD OF PARTICIPATION

During the period of validity of the initiative, the recipients will receive an email to the address held by the Company, with a link to participate in the survey. Answering all the questions in the survey will entitle the recipient to take part to the competition. At the end of the initiative, all the e-mail addresses of the participants, with their nicknames, that will have responded to the survey will be entered in a database that will be used to proceed with the prize draw.

The draw will be done by printing the identifiers of all those who are entitled and will proceed by extraction from an urn.

The winners (numbering 3) will be notified by email to the email address they will have provided when registering for the competition.

After notification, the winners will have three weeks to inform the Promoting Company in writing whether they wish to request or assign the prize. Upon expiry of this period, a substitute winner will be determined for each unrequested or unassigned prize. The same redemption modalities shall apply to the substitute winners.

The promoting company declines all responsibility for changes made following entry to the competition. The Promoting Party may change the course of the competition or terminate the competition in advance if proper performance is no longer feasible for technical or legal reasons. If the prices listed below are not available, they can be replaced by an equivalent. This does not apply if the Promoting Party has caused the changes or disruption intentionally or by gross negligence.

PRIZES

The prize pool for the prize competition is of a value of € 1350.00. VAT is not included

The prizes awarded to the winners of this competition are as follows:

FREE PARTICIPATION

Participation in the competition is free, except for the cost of Internet connection defined by the tariff plan of the telephone operator used by the participant, which does not represent any revenue for the promoting company

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The Promoter is committed to using and retaining information released by customers in full compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679. Personal data collected for this initiative will be processed manually and electronically, for the purpose of participating in this event, and for those who will officially consent to the processing of data, as well as for sending promotional / advertising material or for commercial information. The provision of data is optional, but failure to provide consent to treatment for the purposes of event management by the participants precludes the possibility of awarding prizes. The winners and participants can at any time request the correction or cancellation of their data, or register opposition to its treatment by contacting the promoter of the event indicated above. The data will be communicated only to the people directly involved in the fulfillment of the obligatory requirements provided for by the regulation and by the legislation on prize events.

MISCELLANEOUS

This agreement is subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.

For the participation in the competition and draw, legal recourse is excluded.

If a provision of this agreement shall be or become in whole or in part invalid or not enforceable, the validity of the other provisions of this agreement shall not be affected thereby.
