Two new tyre solutions delivering the next evolution in agricultural tyre performance will be unveiled during a press conference on November 10 at 5:00 p.m., directly at the Trelleborg Tires stand.
Stunning tyre innovations driving the future of agricultural productivity
At EIMA 2026, Trelleborg Tires will present its high-performance solutions designed to meet the demands of modern agricultural machinery, from high-horsepower tractors to large-capacity spreaders and sprayers. Combining advanced tyre technology with application-specific design, these tyres help agricultural professionals maximize productivity in the field and on the road.
On display at Hall 14, Stand B2, visitors will discover Trelleborg Tires’ latest highlights:
- TM800 PowerFlex – ready for the road, proven in the field
The TM800 PowerFlex sets a new benchmark in versatility and performance for mid- to high-powered tractors. Combining VF-PFO (Very High Flexion – Pressure Field Operations) technology with Trelleborg Tires’ patented ProgressiveTraction® lug design, it delivers outstanding grip and flotation in the field, while a newly developed central rib - derived from road tyre geometry - ensures stability, steering precision and comfort during long-distance transport.
Field tests have shown up to 17% more traction compared to premium competitors, reducing slippage and enhancing overall field performance. Its 5% wider footprint reduces soil compaction, helping to preserve crop yield. In wet conditions, the redesigned interlug terraces improve self-cleaning, ensuring consistent performance and reducing downtime. The advantages continue the road, where the TM800 PowerFlex showed a 6% reduction in rolling resistance, directly translating into lower fuel consumption. Drivers also benefit from improved handling and up to 20% longer tyre life, bringing greater cost optimization and enhancing daily working comfort.
- TM3000 VF 1250/50R32 – bigger machines, greater productivity
Built for the new generation of spreaders and sprayers, the TM3000 VF 1250/50R32 combines a wide footprint with VF (Very High Flexion) technology, allowing up to 40% more load at the same pressure or up to 40% lower pressure while carrying the same load. Its low-soil compaction footprint and rounded shoulders help preserve soil health and crop yield, while ProgressiveTraction® technology delivers superior grip, enhanced self-cleaning and regular wear even under demanding operating conditions.
Designed to meet the demands of larger machines and increasing load requirements, the TM3000 combines high flotation, exceptional carrying capacity and stunning strength. Field evaluations showed a 19% larger footprint compared with premium competitors, further enhancing flotation and reducing soil compaction.
Extended durability and an optimized tread pattern enable farmers and OEMs to operate larger machines with enhanced comfort, supporting long-term performance and greater productivity throughout demanding field operations.
- TM1000 ProgressiveTraction® – proven performance for unmatched productivity
The TM1000 ProgressiveTraction® is Trelleborg's premium VF-PFO tyre solution for high-horsepower tractors, engineered to deliver superior traction, maximum flotation and extended tyre life. Combining advanced VF-PFO (Very High Flexion – Pressure Field Operations) technology with Trelleborg's ProgressiveTraction® lug design, it supports higher load capacity at lower inflation pressures, helping maximize field performance while minimizing soil compaction.
Designed for demanding farming operations, it delivers up to 10% more traction and enables operators to work up to 12% more hectares per hour compared to premium competitors. Its extended footprint spreads the load more evenly, helping protect soil structure while enhancing flotation and field productivity. Independent testing has shown up to 30% higher durability.
With proven field performance and up to 5,000 hours of certified tread wear performance, TM1000 ProgressiveTraction® helps farmers maximize productivity season after season.
- 5,000-hour certified tread wear performance – long-lasting value
Agri professionals can count on up to 5,000 certified working hours with selected rear Trelleborg tyres, including the TM1060, TM1000, TM900 and TM800 ranges, all powered by ProgressiveTraction® technology. The performance warranty, offered through the Premium Care program, provides measurable value: if tread depth falls below 20% before 5,000 hours, customers receive a credit calculated on the unused hours, to be applied toward the purchase of a new tyre of the same model and size.
More than just a warranty, this is a tangible assurance, built on solid engineering and field-proven durability, to reduce total cost of ownership and maximize productivity. At the same time, it gives farmers and contractors added confidence in demanding operating conditions, helping them maintain efficiency in environments where premature tyre wear can otherwise result in higher costs, downtime, and logistical challenges.
“Stunning tyre innovation means turning advanced engineering into tangible benefits for agricultural professionals,” said Luca Sabelli, Brand Director Trelleborg Tires. “Our focus is on developing high-performance tyre solutions that help farmers and contractors get the most out of their machinery, delivering superior traction, extended tyre life and unmatched productivity. At EIMA 2026, we look forward to showcasing our latest innovations and demonstrating how Trelleborg tyres are driving the future of agricultural productivity.”
